How to File a Grievance?

Please enter your Payment ID or Order ID as given in your payment confirmation email in order to track your transaction or fix a problem.

1. In the space provided below, type your Order ID or Payment ID.
2. To continue, click the Submit button.
3. After reviewing your complaint, our support staff will respond to you within 24 to 48 hours.

After submitting your complaint, you will be provided with a case reference number and an acknowledgement which you can use to track the status of your complaint.
