Process to Retrieve/Recover Your Forgotten UAM Number

The Udyam certificate is a very important document from a business perspective. It gets your business recognized as an MSME, and losing it can affect the government benefits your business is getting.

But you don't need to worry, retrieving a Udyam or UAM registration certificate is a straightforward process that you can complete online in just a few steps as we explain and recover your Udyam certificate in a hassle-free manner.

To retrieve the lost Udyam online, you first need to visit our Udyam portal and click on the Forgot Udyam Registration button in the Nav bar.

You will have to provide the following information:

• Your registered mobile number or email address (used during registration).
• Select the Certificate to be Retrieve/Recover (UAM or Udyam).
• Captcha code to verify that you are not a robot.

Review all the details provided and after verification Tick “I AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITION “ and “I, the applicant (Owner of Aadhaar Number used in application) agree to share Details / Passcodes, etc as & when required for the purpose of Udyam Certificate Generation” box.

Submit the application by clicking on the Submit button and pay the consultancy fee payment to begin the Forgot Udyam Registration Process.

The Forgot Udyam Registration process will start immediately once the payment process is completed. During the process, we will need an OTP to validate your documents and business details, for which one of our executives will remain in touch with you.

You can track your application status during processing and receive the Udyam Registration Number (URN) and Udyam Registration Certificate PDF in your registered email address.
