Step-by-Step Guide for Udyam Re-Registration

Udyam Re-registration is the process of converting an existing Udyog Aadhaar certificate into a Udyam by renewing or re-registering it. Through this process, we update information such as business details, investments, turnover, ownership details, organizational structure, etc. in our Udyog Aadhaar so that we can avail of subsidy schemes and other benefits given by the government.

If we do not renew our existing Udyog Aadhaar, it may become inactive and the benefits given by the government may end.

Follow the Following Steps to Complete the Udyam Re-Registration Process:

Visit the Udyam Registration Portal

To start the online Udyam Re-registration process, first, you need to visit our Udyam Portal and click on the Udyam Re-Registration button in the Nav bar.

Provide Personal Information

Provide basic information like Name Mobile Email Gender Social Category

Updated Business Details

Please provide updated business details like Business Name, Date of Commencement, Business Address & Location (State, District, Pincode), Ownership & Financial (Investment, Turnover) Details, Bank Account Details and Previous UAM Number.

Review and Declaration

Review all the details provided and after verification Tick “I AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITION “ and “I, the applicant (Owner of Aadhaar Number used in application) agree to share Details / Passcodes, etc as & when required for the purpose of Udyam Certificate Generation” box.

Submit and Get the Udyam Registration Certificate

Submit the application by clicking on the Submit button and pay the consultancy fee payment to begin the Udyam Registration Process.

The Udyam Re-registration process will start immediately. Once the payment process is completed, we will need 2-3 OTPs to validate your documents and business details, for which one of our executives will remain in touch with you.

You can track your application status during processing and receive the Udyam Registration Number (URN) and updated and latest Udyam Registration Certificate in your registered email address.
